This P.E is about rhythmic gymnastics and the requirement for this term was to create a choreography using a ball in a solo routine or in a pair. The routine needed to be with control, grace and flow. It had to be 1:30 min in length, have a clear start finish, two leaps, 2 balances, a body wave, a spin, 2 travels and finally 2 levels. It took me 3 weeks to plan, choreograph and execute my performance. I did it as a solo act, because I work better alone, so no one else had any input to my mark.

This piece of work is significant, because I love p.e, gymnastics and choreographing moves. It is definitely something I am proud of because I work hard on it and it turned out pretty good. It is something I received a high grade for- I got 8 out of 8 for criterion C which is performance. It is something developmental that helped me reach a new high in the subject, because without this mark, I wouldn't have got a 7 in me report card. I have chosen this piece if work for my portfolio because it is one of my best performances and I did it all on my own, so I am very proud of myself.

Doing this work has improved me as a learner in the MYP program, because I am a risk-taker in doing it solo. I am more knowledgeable too because I used my knowledge of gymnastics to create a 2 minute dance. It helped me organize my work and time efficiently. It also demonstrated that I am capable of doing gymnastics, so now I have a lot more confidence in my performances. With the new knowledge and skill, I will use it until the end of the year in this subject, so that I can achieve the highest possible mark. This is moving me across the path of life, because I am healthier and more flexible which is Very important in our everyday lives.
This is the criteria in which we were assessed in
